Job Summary

Description: An Business Development Manager for Business Acquisition will play a key role in the success of Novel Patterns. He/She will be the one who will play a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generating revenue for the organization

Key Accountabilities: -

Achieve growth and hit sales targets

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Responsible for revenue generation through sales of the modules/product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal workshops/events; establishing personal networks
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Is expected to travel for a F2F discussion with prospects

Essentials:

  • Proven experience in closing large complex sales deals (enterprise deals)
  • Proven ability to network and develop relationships at the CXO level of large organizations
  • Proven track record of new business development

Good to have:

  • Self-generated database of leads or a rolodex network
  • Have experience in handling clients from BFSI industry
  • CRM proficiency
  • Experience in SaaS product sales
  • Having personal connect with CxO level people will be an added advantage

  • Strong sales skills (Lead Generation, Funnel Management, Account Management, Pricingand Negotiations)
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Sales Planning
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
  • Diligent and hard-working
  • Individual contributor

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree with at least 8-12 years of B2B sales experience/business Development (Having an MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be preferable)
Experience Required :

8 to 12 Years
