- Experience in working with Retail, HiTech , BFSI clients
- Strong inquisitive mind to capture the business processes
- Ability to create process flow diagrams that are easily comprehensible
- Expertise in one of the RPA tools - UiPath, Automation Anywhere
- Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms - .NET / J2EE
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
- Ability to create BOTS that are optimal
- Able to leverage the power of Intelligent automation by combining the power of RPA with AI/ML techniques
- Ability to lead a team of developers and testers from the front and implement automation solutions independently
- Experience in new development RPA projects is highly preferred
- Analyze business processes across various functions within enterprises and identify opportunities for automation
- Document, understand and analyze the current business process flows in detail
- Be consultative and develop the desired process flows working with different client stakeholders
- Work closely with the clients to come up with the infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
- Development of solutions/accelerators to enable automation projects complete rapidly
- Build new RPA solutions that perform well , optimized and are maintainable
- Collaborate within the organization to unearth potential to cross-sell automation opportunities
- Develop best practices, estimation methodologies, solutions to close new opportunities
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases Work hand in hand with teams during the UAT and rollout phases to drive client success
