Experience

• Hiring Automation Manager / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) leader with minimum 10+ years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and make recommendations with regard to their potential and suitability for RPA and work effort estimation
• Work with team leads and unit heads to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system
• Create and maintain throughout the project lifecycle, the Solution Design Document (SDD) including detailed RPA solution process flows, process and technical specification
• Manage the virtual workforce, maintaining deployed robotics capabilities, business volume scaling, load balancing and allocation of software robots to meet agreed SLAs with business units
• Lead the investigation and detailed analysis of RPA Incidents and process exceptions including a strategic approach to root cause analysis
• Excellent understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

• Bachelors degree in an appropriate subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering)
• At least 2-4 years professional experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
• Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path), must have implemented/ have hands-on experience in at least 3-4 projects
• Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes
• Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma process methodologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management
• Strong project management, able to prioritise and manage multiple portfolios
• A highly driven, autonomous team player with a strong work ethic
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment
