Project managers are responsible the timely delivery of all projects with high quality. They will be responsible for project planning, scheduling and execution of such projects. They manage a team of led by Team leads. Project Managers are also required to interact with clients from US and Europe.Candidate is responsible for managing the execution of small, medium and large translation/localization / elearning projects, coordinating and monitoring all aspects of assigned projects, i.e., tracking schedules and ensuring timely delivery of project components. Also responsible for negotiating with production staff on project schedule, tracking profitability, monitoring project issues and contributing to improved procedures. Candidate must ensure and maintain client satisfaction and retention.Day-to-day communication with clientsManage client expectationsProject Architecture during the quoting stage (develop workflow, customize process)Budgeting and financial analysisScheduling and structuring of the projectMaking suggestions for improvement of the localization processCommunicating and interacting with the project teamEnsuring that the quality of projects is ensured (contents and delivery dates)Educate clients about localization processResource planning
Minimum Requirements
BE''s / B.Sc''s graduates with an excellent academic background.Full time management degree from the top institutes in India (IIM /XLRI equivalent preferred)2-5 years + experience in project operations and team management
