Job Summary

Sourcing Candidate from difference portal, references, and market

Scheduling walk-in interview at different branches of the company

Shortlisting the candidates

Documentations of the candidate documents

Travelling to different branches of the company for the recruitment drive

To maintain data base of the candidate profile

To keep close eye on the competitor s recruitment policy, recruitment drive, etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

Should MBA HR

Experience of 1-2 Years in HR

Sound knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel is must)

Must possess effective and excellent communication skills like Email, Telephonic discussion

Comfortable with 6 days working pattern.

Should be able to work under pressure

Qualification :
MBA - HR

Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
