Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals.
  • End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating, and recruiting candidates.
  • Understanding of IT skills.
  • Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Must be a self-motivated, results-driven professional with good communication skills. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Naukri, Linkedin, indeed), and Internet sourcing.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, confidence level, and work.
  • Work as an individual contributor and close positions of different levels.
  • Creating and maintaining a potential database.
  • Understanding of current technologies and upgrading of new technologies.
  • Taking updates on offers and confirmations.
  • Willing to join immediately or within 15 days.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

  • Masters of Business Administrator in Human Resource
