Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company's culture and values. Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and through virtual platforms, to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles and the overall organization.
Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, participate in the development of job specifications, and ensure the hiring process aligns with business objectives.
