Job Summary Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the pharmaceutical and real estate companies, including but not limited to sales, marketing, research, development, property management, and administrative roles.

Job Advertising: Create compelling job postings and descriptions, and effectively advertise them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the company's culture and values. Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, both in-person and through virtual platforms, to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles and the overall organization.

Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, participate in the development of job specifications, and ensure the hiring process aligns with business objectives.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical and real estate industries to attract top talent while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand by highlighting the company's values, culture, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.

Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, attending relevant events, and leveraging professional platforms to identify passive candidates and establish longterm talent pipelines.

Data and Reporting: Track and maintain recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators and recruitment progress.
