Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business team and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Work with Business on team restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Proactively assess team and manager development needs, recommend and implement relevant solutions through training programs
Evaluate and monitor the training programs to ensure success
Analyze data trends, metrics, and reporting solutions based on business needs
Implement talent management strategies
Implement employee engagement strategies
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as and when necessary
Work on employer branding activities to retain talents
Desired Skills:
Proven work experience (2-4 years) as an HRBP or similar role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
