  • Coordination with candidates and panels for interviews and screening
  • Handle administrative arrangements for Talent Acquisition processes
  • Administer various recruitment test
  • Handle negotiations and making offers
  • Coordination and Liasoning with consultants
  • Extensive use of social media for hiring suitable talent
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
