Job purpose:
To handle End to End Recruitment activities across IT Staffing Contract Hiring (C2H)
Job Description:
- To handle End to End Recruitment activities
- To source & attract candidates against given JD
- To develop & update JD as required
- Prepare Job Postings & Job Advertisement
- To screen resumes & Job applications
- To submit suitable profiles against the given JD
- Coordinate with Candidates for Interview
- Collect relevant documents of shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate with client for offer
- Negotiate with candidates on CTC & Date of Joining
- Follow-up with candidates for joining
- Handhold candidates post joining

2 to 4 Years
