Job Description / Responsibilities

  • The role requires high level facilitating smooth working between the executive team and the vertical heads; Cross-functional coordination and communication with all teams.
  • Liaise, coordinate and attend all C-suite internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate, strategize, and support marketing, content development, alliances, and sales activities.
  • In-depth market research, documentation, outreach for any setup objective.
  • Anticipate a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and prioritize them working with the executive team.
  • Drive efficiency in the executive working for the growth of the company.
  • Perform weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using metrics and reports.
  • Complete a broad variety of tasks that facilitate the executives ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; maintaining various lists; aggregating and preparing reports.
  • Network and connect to the desired companies and set up strategic directions for the growth of the organization.
  • Prepare meeting agenda, coordinate between participants, prepare meeting summary and necessary collaterals.
  • Assist in hiring, team building, and knowledge management activities.
