Job Summary

Training Partner Program Manager Role:

As a Training Partner Program Manager at Tudip, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our training initiatives. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with external training providers to deliver high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee the Data+AI Innovation & Skills Program, ensuring its smooth execution and achieving key objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with training partners in Singapore and India.
  • Accelerator Program: Support the development and implementation of accelerator programs to foster innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, engineering, and curriculum teams.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate program goals, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, program management, training partnerships, or partnership operations.
  • Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Technical Understanding: A good understanding of training and development concepts, as well as technology trends.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on ambiguous tasks.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
