Job Summary Job/Position Summary Lateral Hire for Senior Educator Qualifications: Graduation or Post Graduation in Psychology, HR or Business (BA, BBA, MBA, PGHRM or related field) Professional Certification in Instructional Design & Delivery plus Work Experience: 4-7 Years of experience in training design & delivery preferred. Location: Bangalore (currently hybrid) & Pune (currently hybrid) Role: (D/E Grade) Senior Educator Education & Competency Development Responsibilities & Skills: Training Delivery Delivery in-person and virtual trainings effectively to build managerial and talent excellence in the organization Training Content Development End-to-end designing of world-class eLearning and live learning programs and trainings to deliver results as per organizational priorities Familiarity with learning & development processes, methods & best practices Knowledge of LMS, E-learning platforms, Authoring Tools like Articulate, Captivate, Data Analytics, BI tools is a plus Basic program management Anchor behind-the-scenes operations of learning programs, as needed Stakeholder Management Strong Liaison & Support for all stages from program designing to rollout between teams, HODs, participants, managers & key stakeholders, as needed Vendor Management Experience in handling vendors & budgets, as needed Key Competencies: Clear Communication Results Orientation Quality Orientation Collaboration Learning Orientation Developing Team Members Client Orientation Valuing Diversity & Inclusion Prerequisites: Curiosity & Willingness to Learn Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written & Presentation) Interpersonal Skills Quick learner & Self-starter Attention-to-detail Team Player Proficient in Powerpoint Requirement ESSENTIAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Training Delivery Training Content Development Familiarity with learning & development processes PREFFERED SKILLS /COMPETENCIES Basic program management Stakeholder Management
