Job Summary

Ability to analyze and solve customers query/complaint inbound calls.

Respond to customer enquiries related to M-Wallet (Recharge , Bill Payment , Ticket Booking).

Ability to troubleshoot M-Wallet related queries over the phone.

Intuition in identifying customer needs.


Skills Required :

Age between 18 30 Years.

Must be 10+2/Diploma/Graduate.

Should have good communication skill.

Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult, escalated calls.

Must have basic computerknowledge.

Knowledge on M-Wallet will be preferred.

Experience Required :

0 to 6 Years
