Job Overview:
As Business Development Head candidate should be ambitious and energetic and work to expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, the goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Leverage his/her own professional network to build new Corporate relationships and engage at a root level with industry executives on topics of critical importance to their businesses.
- Identify growth opportunities, Plan & Execute acquisition targets and help Knowledge Ridge as a preferred go to partner for clients.
- Innovative Business Plan towards aiming International Market.
- Advertise the company s products/services addressing at different Forum or foreseeing clients.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting relationship with new and existing clients
- Prepare Sales Contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve business matters and successfully penetrate the market.
- Ability to do Competitor Analysis & Adapt New Market Practices
Key Duties:
- Work continuously toward expansion by onboarding new Clientele, understanding the requirement and monetization of accounts on-boarded.
- Should have Rich experience as an individual contributor in business development function (selling consultative product and services).
- Develop Growth strategies and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
Professional Skills:
- Strong Industry and business Acumen.
- Candidates must be comfortable promoting the value of primary research and knowledge Ridge marketplace to large and small audiences alike.
- Proven Sales Track Record, Teamwork and client servicing
- Presentation, Communication & Negotiation Skills
