Job Summary

    Responsibilities:
    The individual is expected to lead 2 to 3 projects at a time, through all the phases including Requirements, Estimation, Planning, Design, Development, Quality Assurance, Production Implementation, and Support. This role requires primarily a technically hands-on person who also possesses a good balance of other complementary skills like Client communication, Resource management, Risk Identification & Mitigation. The teams will constantly look up to this person for technical guidance and execution planning.

    Required Skills:

    • 6+ years of software development experience with significant time spent working on
    • Cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
    • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
    • Good communication and client interfacing skills.
    • Expert in web development using Front End & Back End.Must have experience in JavaScript, JQuery and jQuery plugins (experience in writing
    • custom JavaScript/jQuery plugins will be a plus)
    • Must have experience in React Native mobile app development
    • Good to have experience and understanding of client-side JavaScript (JavaScript
    • namespace, scope, objects, closure, JSON and XML)
    • Good to have experience with PhoneGap Knowledge of web standards, CSS-3, XHTML, XSS, CSRF, etc.
    • Should have excellent logic & reasoning abilities
    • Should possess strong knowledge of the OOP concepts
    • Enjoy building user interfaces with usability and accessibility in mindProven track record of implementing and operating distributed systems and/or
    • service-oriented architectures.
    • Comfortable navigating Unix/Linux based operating systems.
    • Solid fundamentals in core JavaScript concepts.
    • Good experience with Relational and/or NoSQL databases.
    • Experience working with cross-functional project teams using agile or scrum
    • methodology and tools
