Job Summary
Job Description
- Design and develop NLP models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Perform text processing tasks such as tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
- Build and maintain NLP pipelines for various applications (e.g., chatbots, text classification, information retrieval).
- Evaluate the performance of NLP models and fine-tune hyperparameters to improve accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in NLP and AI fields.
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive reports on model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement and optimize NLP algorithms for production-scale systems.
Job Specification
The candidate must have a track record of implementing NLP and GenAI based solutions. In addition:
- Proficient in python
- Experience in Computer Vision
- Interest in R&D and keeping abreast of developments in AI
- Some working knowledge of either AWS or Azure
- Ability to distil informal customer requirements into problem definitions and solutions
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
