Job Title: Mobile Tech Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled mobile tech lead with at least 7+ years of experience in,

• Developing and deploying enterprise mobile applications using development frameworks like iOS/Swift, Java/Kotlin, Hybrid platforms like Flutter/ReactNative
• Lead a team of mobile developers in a fast-paced, iterative process
• Work closely with clients/Project Managers to understand Business/Product needs
• In-depth knowledge of developing mobile apps using Hybrid platforms like Flutter/ReactNative as well as in hands knowledge of Object-oriented programming languages like Java and C++

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the development and deployment of the iOS and Android application using Native as well as Hybrid development platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver mobile applications.
• Mentor developers to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using appropriate software development practices and design patterns.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with other engineers to identify and fix defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Continuously learn and keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in mobile app development/Deployment as well as leading a team of developers.
• Experience with multiple mobile development platforms like iOS/Swift, Java/Kotlin, and Hybrid development platforms like Flutter and ReactNative
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git, Subversion, etc., and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code, etc.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and exposure to Scrum projects.
• Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs, and integration of various APIs from third parties.
• Experience with Unit testing and test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance, and reliability.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Clean Architecture, Design patterns, Local databases, and migration processes.
