Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced person with good knowledge on IT Technical Support & Troubleshooting with the very good understanding of Windows/Linux & Mac OS Environments to work with our client.
Requirements- B.tech/ Engineering or a related stream.
- Minimum 2 years Experience as Technical/Desktop Support Engineer or IT Help desk.
- Must have experience from Windows/Linux & Mac OS Environments.
- Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Basic knowledge of IoT.
- Work location is at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Team Player
- Able to work as IoT Desk support to provide technical assistance to the clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills & communication skills.
- Basic knowledge on IoT Application support.
- Exposure of CRM Tools.
- Should be able to grasp things quickly as per the training provided.
