Job Summary
  • The job role involves training KENT Service Team and Technicians/Engineers employed with Business partners.
  • The candidate should have a pleasing personality having excellent Hindi and English communication and presentation skills.
  • 1 Trainer should have expertise in Tamil, Telugu and other to be expert in Kannad, Malyalam apart from having good communications skills in English and Hindi.
  • Should have passion for training and ability to connect with the participants.
  • Candidates having experience in developing Technical and Soft Skill Training Manuals / ppts will be preferred.
  • Candidate should be Technically Sound and be able to give training on KENT RO Products (i.e Water Purifier, RO, Kitchen Home appliances, Water Softeners, etc)
  • Must be a trainer that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
  • Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom.
  • Candidate should have experience in giving Trainings in Online mode (Zoom, Google meet etc) and Offline mode as well.
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
