Job Summary
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Credit Appraisal of loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities.
2. Having a detailed personal discussion with applicants to understand the nature and stability of customer profile in case of salaried cases.
3. Decisioning the application within the desired TAT.
4. Taking logical calls based on CIBIL reports, Applicant s past service of loans, income / obligations, Tele / Video PD, Geo tagging reports.
5. Coordinating with sales, operations, collections and customer service team to facilitate the customer in a better way.
6. Providing constant inputs and suggestions to improvise the process and policies to facilitate faster decisioning of application.Required Qualifications and Experience
MBA Finance with relevant experience.
Has worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in unsecured high-ticket size loans
Positive attitude and team player- will be part of a team
Comfortable with 6 Day working and extended hours whenever required
Ability to perform under high pressure situations consistently while managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring zero escalations from Sales
Must have local market understanding.
