Job Summary

Engineering Degree / 3 Years Full Time Diploma is must : (Non Technical Background Candidates - Please do not apply)
The incumbent will be responsible to carry out the field service operations of the assigned Region.
He has to ensure timely call closure, manage escalations, ensure complete customer satisfaction and maintain TAT as per company norms.
He should be well versed with the geography of the assigned region.
Preferably from Consumer Durable / D2H / Home Appliances industry only.
Requires good communication skills apart from the command on the local regional language.

Qualification :
B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization

Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
