We are looking for Area Managers with core selling experience in agency development channel for B2B Sales

Job Role and Responsibility:

- Handle a team of Independent Sales Associates.
- Needs to achieve revenue targets set by the company
- Needs to achieve Independent targets set by the company
- Co-coordinating with Head office for all client service related issues.
- Recruitment of ISA / Sales Managers
- Training new ISA / Managers as per the requirements and improve the
performance of each ISA /Managers.
- Supervising the Sales Managers/ Independent Sales Associates, in
terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and taking in
order to enhance growth.

Salary : As per industry standards.
