Job Summary
- Generating business and achieving sales targets from allotted territory and customers like Doctors, Chemists and Distributors.
- Field work, Regular Customers visits,Product Promotion, follow up work
- Develop and Maintain relationship customers forbusiness generation and achieve growth in existing volumes.
- Inventory management at the distributor levels and ensuring product availability at the retailer levels.
- Implementing company designed strategies and utilizing assigned resources to make sure good ROI is achieved.
- Ensuring timely reporting for various activities like daily work and programs etc and coordinating with line managers for day to day work.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors activities and market trends.
- Conduct activities to increase the customer engagements, bringing innovative ideas to build more business volumes.
- Excellent communication skills (Good command of the English language)
- Committed, Hardworking, Demanding, and Result oriented
- Enthusiastic to take on challenges
- Should be conversant with MS office applications, Internet, etc
- Normal and physically fit for the job.
