Engineer (mechanical) Job in Kajima India Pvt. Ltd.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of Utility, HVAC, Plumbing & firefighting works.

2. Checking & supervising the installation of MEP services (Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Utility) as per shop drawing and client requirement.

3. Responsible on checking of the daily quality forms, inspection & testing request (ITR), material inspection request (MIR).

4. Having Good Knowledge and Experience in Plumbing works including Underground and Above Ground. Testing procedure of Plumbing pipes and level verification as per shop drawing.

5. Candidate should be capable to supervise MEP system independently.

6. Having Good Knowledge and Experience in installation of Chilled water system piping , ducting , and its insulation, cladding.

7. Having good Experience in installation of AHU, FFU, Supply Fans and Exhaust Fans.

8. Having the Knowledge of Air Balancing and chilled water balancing.

9. Having Good Experience in installation of AHU, FFU, Chiller and its piping and ducting.

10. Having Experience in installation in Compressor, Dryer, different type of filter and receiver with its piping and automation.

11. Having the experience in installation of PAC unit and its refrigerant piping including Testing and commissioning.

12. Having the Experience in Installation of GI pipe for compressed air system.

13. Having the experience in Hydrotesting, Pneumatic Testing and Knowledge of Flushing with air and water of piping system.

14. Having experience in Fire Fighting system including installation piping (above ceiling and below ceiling) valves, Pump & different type of Sprinklers.

15. Having Experience in installation of External and Internal Hydrant system with all related accessories of Hydrant box.

16. Much familiar with Testing Commissioning of MEP services.

17. Monitor progress and quality of work as per approved specifications.

18. Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety

19. To co-ordinate with construction team for site execution and tracking site progress.

20. He must study the problem and resolve it in the most efficient manner as possible.

21. He must be track the Daily progress at site and report to immediate manager.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Candidate with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 10 years and B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 7 yeas experience in construction industry.

2. Candidate should have a positive attitude, should be Goal oriented.

3. Disciplined and punctual, Adaptable/decisive and effective learner.

4. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

5. Effective Team Management skills.

6. Computer literate & good communication skill in English.
