Engineer (mechanical -plumbing) Job in Kajima India Pvt. Ltd.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Having minimum 5 years experience in Plumbing works.

2. Checking & supervising the installation of MEP services (Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Utility) as per shop drawing and standards.

3. Responsible on checking of the daily quality forms, inspection & testing request (ITR), material inspection request (MIR).

4. Having Good Knowledge and Experience in Plumbing works including Underground and Above Ground. Testing procedure of Plumbing pipes and level verification as per shop drawing.

5. Having good Experience in PPR Piping, HDPE Piping (Electrofusion Welding) and UPVC piping and GI Piping Jointing Process.

6. Candidate should be capable all plumbing system independently and with knowledge in automation part.

7. Having experience in Manhole construction and its level verification at the top and interconnecting pipe b/w manholes.

8. Knowledge of Complete plumbing fixture installation and T & C.

9. He should be conversant with RO and WTP system and his automation.

10. Having good experience in STP and ETP Plant installation with its piping and all accessories and knows his automation and basic maintenance.

11 Having good experience in Installation of Plumbing, drainage work (Sanitary Piping Water

Supply, Waste Water), Underground/Aboveground piping work as per shop drawing.

12 Building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing

materials Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation

13 Having coordination Skill with civil and other teams to get ready the work front availability for smooth work flow.

14 Excellent work ethic and attitude.

15 Good Communication and time management skills.

16 Monitor progress and quality of work as per approved specifications.

17 Ensure that the works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan.

18 He must study the problem and resolve it in the most efficient manner as possible.

19 He must be track the Daily progress at site and report to immediate manager

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Candidate with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 10 years and B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 7 yeas experience in construction industry.

2. Candidate should have a positive attitude, should be Goal oriented.

3. Disciplined and punctual, Adaptable/decisive and effective learner.

4. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

5. Effective Team Management skills.

6. Computer literate & good communication skill in English.
