Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales from new as well as existing customers and achieve the sales plan.
  • Acquisition and retention of customers and increase client base.
  • To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
  • Sales lead management and monitor them.
  • Focus on all lines of business including Vertical and preferred Sectors development.
  • Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability.
  • Yield enhancement.
  • Attend weekly meetings and sales reviews.
  • Market knowledge and competitor activities.
  • Prospecting a conversion.
  • Setting up customer SOP with operations.
  • Collections: Payments and TDS
  • Customer Management with respect to handling complaints.
  • Sales lead Generation.

Required Candidate profile

Relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry

Having good knowledge of Inco Terms and Operations
