Responsibilities - Conceptualise Facebook, Google, etc. campaigns and implement them on ad networks - Monitor and optimize the campaigns for best results - Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment. - Collaborate with creative, product, analytics and customer research + support teams to assess campaign needs - Analyse the campaigns performance from a creative point of view and use the findings to improve the creatives and in turn campaign performance - Proactively try and test new ideas and concepts ## **Skills and Qualifications** - 2+ years of experience with App Marketing for a high growth company - Solid understanding of adtech - Proven ability to scale and optimize the campaigns - Understands full funnel digital marketing - Knowledge of data analysis and SQL is a plus - Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines The team is small, which means your impact on the company s success will be huge.
