Job Summary Your Role We are seeking a Product Marketer to focus on expanding and promoting our HRMS product offerings in the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the HRMS industry in the MENA region and a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the HR tech sector. The role involves creating and driving effective product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and content marketing initiatives for this key market. Key Responsibilities: HRMS Landscape Understanding (MENA): Develop an in-depth understanding of the HRMS industry in the MENA region, identifying key trends and market needs. Competitor Analysis: Leverage past experience with competitors of greytHR to craft a competitive marketing strategy. Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches and campaigns tailored for the Middle East, ensuring strong alignment with sales and customer success teams. Product Messaging: Develop differentiated messaging that highlights our HRMS solution's unique value to customers in the MENA region. Content Creation: Produce customer-centric marketing materials (e.g., case studies, blogs, sales enablement content) targeted to the MENA audience. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, and customer success) to ensure seamless marketing execution. Customer Communication: Manage in-app communications and campaigns specifically for the Middle East, ensuring high user engagement. What We Look For: MENA Expertise: Deep knowledge of the HRMS landscape and business culture in the Middle East. HR Tech Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR tech, with prior exposure to competing platforms. B2B Marketing: Proven experience in driving B2B marketing campaigns, ideally in SaaS or HR technology. Strong sense of Creative: Ability to produce engaging content tailored for the MENA market. Data-Driven: Experience using data and analytics to refine marketing campaigns. Team Player: Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to execute projects effectively. Project Ownership: Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take projects from ideation to execution. Qualifications: Expertise in B2B SaaS product marketing Sales enablement skills Solid copywriting and communication skills. Creative thinking with a knack for developing differentiated communication. Project management with a focus on execution. Familiarity with HRMS; prior experience in HR/Payroll marketing is a plus. Mastery in creating sales content and customer advocacy initiatives.
