Responsibilities - Formulating and leading all brand led communication initiatives - Establish and drive the company's creative vision; analyse, plan and interpret the creative team's brief and develop deliverables as per the timelines - Managing a team of copywriters, designers, social media managers and other creative folks - Oversee the creative process and motivate the creative team to help them use their talents effectively - Lead brainstorming/sessions to generate creative ideas for the team to work upon and build the brand - Revise startegy, content and presentations, approve/reject ideas shared by individuals & provide constructive and regular feedback to the team - Monitoring trends and developments, interpreting social listening, performance and business insights, and identifying opportunities for content or conversation. - Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by team members. ## Requirements - 3+ years of work experience - preferably in agency Background / fast paced start-ups - Someone with healthy managerial experience of working with creative teams - Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development - Has creative vision and the ability to inspire others - Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines - Keenly interested and up-to-date with the latest in marketing, branding, and social media --- ## **How to Apply** Sound like a good fit for you?
