Job Summary
Key Purpose of the Job: This position is responsible to attract students of higher quality into IFIM year on year. At the same time, this position ensure that both class wise numbers and class wise revenues are met.
Educational Qualification / Experience required: Graduate in any field with 10+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design the admission process in an optimal manner
- Oversee all marketing activities, assess effectiveness and make changes
- Team Management & Coordination duties
- Data management & reporting
Design the admission process in an optimal manner:
- Work with the IFIM administrators in developing strategy for admission criteria, tests, and policies.
- Evaluate the candidate profile, with the help of academic records, standardized test score, etc. Ensure, all applications are received on time.
- Be a part of the admissions committee during student interview process and enable is selection of the target quality students
- Provide IFIM campus guided tours to visiting parents and prospective students
- Work towards developing, maintaining and executing a communication plan to the prospective and enrolled students.
- Act as a POC for the student till the joining date.
- Develop and monitor statistical records to be able to improve recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and overall operational efficiency.
- Provide information to prospective students and their parents about IFIM and its enrollment policies. Meet the enrollment goals in the target IFIM Institute
Oversee all marketing activities, assess effectiveness and make changes:
- Assist in preparing a marketing plan that promotes the institution s visibility and general recruitment efforts.
- Participate in all Admissions related events and be the institution s representative.
- Ensure program information is upto date on IFIM website and any other online/social media. Work with marketing department to ensure the same.
- Help Marketing Manager to Liaise with agencies for IFIM participation in various Education fairs/Exhibition pan-India
- Track effectiveness of marketing activities and provide feedback
- Participate with the mktg team to design activities within assigned budget and aligned to strategy
Team Management & Coordination duties:
- Collect and analyze a variety of complex data and information regarding admission, registration, online processes, telephone helpline, and direct services.
- Summarize findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
- Present admission and registration information to a variety of audiences.
- Analyze information from multiple sources to enable better lead conversion.
- Maintain statistics related to performance & success rate and channels that have been effective.
