Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve resort business goals. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and attend industry events. Client Relationship Management: Maintain existing client relationships, conduct sales calls, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Revenue Management: Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory, forecast sales, and develop promotional packages. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, banquet, catering, events, front office, and operations teams. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and monitor customer feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications Sales & Business Development: Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitor activities. Revenue Management: Knowledge of revenue management principles and pricing strategies. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions. Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
