Job Summary Roles and Responsibility

Guiding copy, creative and production teams, including reviews.

Managing all projects from concept to completion and ensuring their timely delivery.

Sustaining quality of creatives, even at scale.

Stakeholder management for all projects.

Collaborating with different departments for briefs, inputs and driving the results.

Growing your team when required and ensuring their success.

Maintaining team motivation even in a fast-paced environment.

Leading sprint, monthly and quarterly planning as well as brainstorming sessions.

Determining the production requirements by reviewing the client brief and considering

scheduling factors.

Determining the production schedule by conferring with heads of art, copywriting, and

production departments; outlining basic presentation concepts as well as coordinating creative

activities.

Determining project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by

staff.

Contributing as needed to the brief for external creative agencies.

Identifying opportunities for projects?both large-scale and small-scale? that can create a big

impact and conceiving an effective strategy to execute them.

Adhering to budget guidelines by managing expenses.

Adopting a data-driven, result-oriented approach to projects and ensuring periodic analysis and

reporting.

Staying on top of trends in marketing, copy, creatives and video/photo production.

Improving the quality of results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;

recommending changes to art, copywriting, and production departments.

Upgrading job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional

publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing

new and different requests

Your team will work on

Customer-facing collateral

Campaigns - local and national, as and when needed

Servicing the creative requirements of other teams?both within and outside of

marketing.
