Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties Ticket Management. Provide timely support to Customers and Internal User. Manage Internal User Accounts. Perform manual database backups. Qualifications The applicant should have experience and knowledge with SQL Server functions, including but not limited to: 5-7 years relevant work experience in IT Support. Good SQL experience is a must: database backup creation, backup restore, TSQL(Transact SQL) script knowledge is must. Strong troubleshooting experience and abilities. Speak fluent English. This is a requirement because this position will be speaking with customers when necessary. Be detailed oriented. Ability to work night shift.
