The position: The main objective of the individual is to work closely with the senior management team & stakeholders across different departments and help gather the requirements to build an Ideal office model & support in delivering the same. The activities range from the various stages of the product life cycle such as discussing with the business and subject matter experts to capture business requirements, analyse and research data and processes, document requirements in features and stories and support launch of new features. Roles & Responsibilities: Able to see operations and give suggestions for improving efficiency in the way it is done by the use of technology Work together with the business and subject matter experts to capture their requirements from a legal, regulatory and operational perspective Organize workshops/sessions and follow up with the business and subject matter experts action items Proactively shape and align business/client entity life cycle processes alongside the Product Owner for the vision of the product Help anticipate user needs and effectively translate these to product requirements for development Support the Product Owner and the team members of the product in the design aspects. Help manage the product backlog Performed assigned activities in the product development stages (planning, refinement, review and sprint) Working on projects related to the client facing portal and specifically defining features that is required by our Funds clients Research usage of our products and our client needs and translate this into functional requirements Preparing various documents such as Business requirements documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Document (FRD) Facilitated UAT and took sign off from client Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology Experienced documenting business requirements in features and stories as well as managing the teams backlog Experience in agile methodology Ability to interact with all levels of an organization and Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Strong research and documentation skills Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality assurance You re Profile: Bachelors or Masters in Business / Finance / Economics / IT or Equivalent Preferred Certified Business Analyst/Equivalent certificate Experience working within a Product Team is must Knowledge and experience with AML/KYC is an advantage Interested in both the business as well as the technical aspects of applications Experience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structure 3-8yrs experience as a Business Analyst in Fund Administration / Financial Services / Capital Markets Industry Demonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment Willing to work in fast paced dynamic industry Positive attitude, team player, pro-active and ready to accept challenges Excellent verbal and written communication skills
