As a Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Manage the entire post sale relationship with the client. You will be responsible for implementing Interface.ai product suite for the client as well as manage the client post go live.

  • During implementation you will work towards implementing best-in class solutions for the client and will be responsible for kickoff, requirements gathering and documentation, working with internal teams to define solutions for clients and project planning and tracking.

  • Post Go-live, you will manage the client relationship and work with clients and internal teams to constantly push limits to improve the performance of Interface s solution. This would involve being hands on to improve automation levels by defining new workflows and improving existing workflows.

  • Work closely with the clients, product managers, architects, conversation specialists and developers to deliver best-in-class solutions for clients

  • Work with product managers to further build on our world class AI based call centre automation solution.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team. You will be required to take decisions in the best interest of the project, after consideration of different tradeoffs.



Requirements


You would be a great fit if you have -

  • Have worked in a startup of 5 to 30 employees

  • Have outstanding problem-solving abilities

  • Engineering graduate (MBA/Post grad is a plus), with 5 - 9 years of experiences as a business analyst, consultant and/or hands on project management

  • Can drive broad project level objectives whilst having a very hands on detail oriented approach towards client deliverables.

  • Past experience in conversational AI or banking (retail or transaction banking) or in call centre software domains.

  • Have experience working on a virtual/global team (required)

  • Have good interpersonal skills.
