Job Summary The CSS Centre Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of the CSS Centre in driving its growth and maturity. This position involves managing cross-functional projects, promoting CSS services, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the center operates efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment: Facilitate regular meetings with Function Delivery Heads to ensure cohesive strategies and objectives across the CSS Centre. Service Promotion: Develop and implement innovative approaches to promote CSS services to both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing visibility and engagement. Industry Trends: Stay informed about upcoming trends and challenges in the industry to ensure the CSS Centre's strategies remain relevant and competitive. Centre Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive centre strategy aimed at driving overall growth and expanding activities. Benchmarking: Conduct regular cross-functional benchmark sessions to identify and implement best practices, fostering a unified culture and synergies within the CSS Centre. Meeting Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate impactful meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and collaboration. Workspace Optimization: Evaluate seating capacity and propose necessary changes to create an efficient and comfortable working environment. Transformation Projects: Lead cross-functional transformation projects, particularly those involving the transfer of activities to the CSS Centre. Collaborate closely with Function Delivery Heads, especially when significant headcount changes are involved. Cross-Centre Collaboration: Oversee day-to-day collaboration with other Hitachi Energy centres to promote the sharing of best practices and innovative solutions. Communication: Work closely with CSS communication teams to promote key topics such as Lean Six Sigma and Automation, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Master's degree in management or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of relevant business experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. Superior communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership skills to work with and motivate virtual teams. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization. In-depth understanding of best practices in the context of CSS centres. Highly analytical and structured approach with a strong focus on results. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Qualification :
Masters degree in management or other related fields
