What we are looking for:

Training Delivery Head will lead the training efficacy and operations for the India Academy, obsessed with delivering outcome-oriented training experience and managing a team of trainers and academy experience officers for best in class training for clients in India and APAC countries.

The Training Delivery Head is expected to build and sustain scalable processes for excellence in training delivery and operations, ensuring great student and client feedback as well as enabling data driven approaches for remediation and continuous improvement.

How you will make an impact:

• Manage a team of trainers and academy experience managers to ensure timely, effective training operations be accountable for the quality of training delivery
• Build and manage KPIs and success metrics for trainers as well as academy operations teams.
• Lead the process of onboarding new trainers as well as their reviews and appraisals, feedback from students and clients on a weekly basis, manage escalations, conflicts and queries and ensure continuous improvement
• Lead the entire training delivery lifecycle as well as student onboarding and experience in blended learning model
• Work closely with the business/talent/ tech/ engagement/ product teams to create processes and SOPs for seamless training delivery, ensure timely delivery of training.
• Monitor and improve NPS and drive obsession towards achieving a high NPS
• Use data driven approaches to plan either actions/ solutions or remediation

Who you are:

• Graduate Degree in any discipline with atleast 7-10 years experience in delivery.
• 10+ years experience in Service Delivery/Training and/or Education
• Project Management, preferably within a Customer Management team
• Experienced at managing large teams and parallel projects
• Ability to prepare and interpret reports, flow charts, work breakdown, and schedules
• Ability to manage a classroom of adult learners
