- Exp. in Software/IT Services sales
- Sales through inbound lead follow-up & Outbound cold calls & Emails
- Have basic knowledge in SAAS products
- Technical Graduate background added advantage
- IT Software Sales experience, International sale
- Cold calling and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Excellent communication skills - Any one (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and English)
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis into CRM.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
- Salary: 10,000 - 18,000 per month
- Schedule: Day Shift
- Experience Telesales: Min. 1 year
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Telesales skill with 1+ years experience
Preferred - Located in Chennai
Experience Required :
1 to 5 Year
