Job Responsibilities: Contribute and develop documentation on Application Services, Infrastructure Details, Recovery Procedures, Root Cause Analysis and Post-Incident Review. Build and support the monitoring and logging systems. Ensure infrastructure and services are highly available, scalable, and fault tolerant. Investigate and resolve technical issues. Deploy Updates and patches to existing infrastructure services. Demonstrate high proficiency in automation, system monitoring, and cloud-native applications. Qualification and Skills: BE Computer/IT preferred Good understanding and hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, ECS ) Having a knowledge of any DBMS (SQL/NOSQL) at the production level would be a plus. Have hands-on experience in Shell Scripting, Python/NodeJS and Problem Solving Experienced in setting up the infrastructure on any of the cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). A good understanding of Infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines. Good knowledge of Docker. Understanding of networking (topologies, common protocols and services) Problem-solving attitude. Proactive in raising problems and identifying solutions. Able to work in a highly collaborative team setting. A good hands-on experience with any Linux distribution. Approaching work with a DevOps and continuous improvement mindset.
