What Youll Do

  • Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing log analysis, application performance management (APM), real user monitoring (RUM), developer tools, and localhost testing.
  • Experience providing hands-on monitoring as well as authoring monitoring and alerting using multiple tool sets.
  • Demonstrable history of production operations issue management and response.
  • Ability to lead a technical team of interdisciplinary peers toward issue resolution.
  • Strong organizational skillset and ability to track multiple issues to resolution.
  • Ability to master multiple subject matter areas and train and mentor peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience utilizing issue/workflow ticket tracking systems.

What You Know

  • Front-end focused software development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES5/ES6+))
  • Alternatively, full stack experience/focus
  • Familiarity in multi-tier web architecture and UI design
  • Experience in utilizing (or designing) REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Angular or ReactJS
  • Experience with modern frameworks ()
  • Experience with version control (git/svn), and continuous integration tools
  • Knowledgeable in web best practices (e.g., browser capabilities, unit, and integration testing)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience
