Job Summary

Job Description Position - Account Manager/Delivery Manager Industry Manlog (Manufacturing & Logistics) Location Bangalore, India Experience 10+ years Key responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with stakeholders Negotiate renewals, extensions and optimize operations to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and deliver on the commitments that are given in Innover proposals or through the contracts. Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate efforts with Client Partners/Leaders to grow new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet the set targets. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Prepare reports on account status Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements Desired profile: Minimum 5 years of relevant Account Management experience around digital technologies and its practical application to the real-world business problems 2-3 years of Project/Program Management experience Ability to research and stay relevant to evolving digital technologies B.Tech / MBA
