Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative will play an integral role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads for our Enterprise sales team. The role of the Sales Development Representative will present a great opportunity to accelerate your career in Enterprise Software Sales. The SDR will engage and qualify leads to create a pipeline for our Sr. Account Executives. Half of the SDR s pipeline will be qualifying inbound leads from our website, the other half is to generate through prospecting techniques, resulting in an average of 30-50 meetings per month. Commission opportunities are available in addition to base salary.

Essential Functions:

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email. Receive and qualify inbound prospect and customer inquiries.
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects. Deliver great results against defined activity, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Generate new qualified leads through outbound call programs. Engage prospects and customers via online chat to drive conversions and qualify leads. Collect, analyze, report data on performance, campaign, and operational execution.
  • Share, learn, collaborate with team members and manager to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive great team results and success.
  • Provide amazing prospect and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Ideally 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales or Account Management
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales Opportunity qualification and objection handling Call structure and control Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills
  • CRM usage experience is a plus (Salesforce) Experience in working with Fortune 100 enterprises is a plus Highly professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
