Job Summary
Job Summary:
Reporting to the CEO & Co-Founder, the Head of Revenue Operations will lead the Revenue
Organization s operations in go-to-Market effectiveness, manage functions essential to Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success productivity, and work with the Global SVP of Sales, VP of Marketing, VP of Customer Experience, EVP of Products & Innovations and Head of Finance and other senior management to drive cross-functional initiative across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success & Finance.
Essential Functions:
- Drive solutions to optimize the Revenue Organizations ability to generate more revenueand improve customer retention. Revenue Organization includes Marketing, SDR, Salesteams, Implementation and Customer Success teams and Enablement functions.
- Identify, prioritize and support the execution of strategic growth initiatives
- Understand and audit content maps and execution to key buyer personas, buyer journeysand ensure we are targeting them effectively with messaging and product.
- Monitor competitive landscape, products, and pricing, to create a differentiated positionand messaging that drives multi-channel communications.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional leaders to develop the GTM Strategies and translatestrategies to execution for pipeline optimization, deal flow, velocity, pricing, financialplanning & analysis (FP&A) and monetization
- Identify and drive revenue org productivity and efficiency improvements
- Oversee day-to-day operations across revenue teams
- Implement regular reporting of key performance metrics including forecasting, funnelanalysis, and pipeline management by working with Finance and Sales/CS analyst
- Utilize metrics from all revenue teams to provide accurate forecasting
- Work with Revenue leadership, Finance and HR on the design, metrics andimplementation of sales enablement initiatives, comp plans across the revenue org, aswell as quarterly bonus/commissions payouts. Manage exceptions
- Evaluate and iterate on existing KPI structures
- Work with Finance and Revenue leadership on Annual budgeting, and monthly/quarterlytracking and insights areas of deviations and recommendations. Including capacityplanning and headcount projections, facilitating and tracking of recruitment across allthe revenue teams
- Maintain and communicate rules of engagement, pricing, and process maps
- Fully own revenue tech stack - evaluate, business case, negotiate/select, refactor,implement and optimize. Ongoing management of tools to ensure effective usage andrealization of value expected
- Standardize and consolidate data capture & organization, creating accurate, timely,repeatable sources of data
- Define Business Intelligence/Insights function - to drive improvements internal across
- Revenue Org as well as to empower customer facing teams with valuable insights toshare with Partners driving new opportunities
- Define and roll out Value Measurement framework and benchmarking Customer specificvalue
- This role is a leadership role that starts as an individual contributor while building aworld class rev-ops team over a period of time (candidate should be ready to roll up theirsleeves)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in operations, business development,marketing, business planning, PM or sales/CS support management role
- Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Google Data Studio
- Must thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment
- Proven success building process and facilitating workflows across multiple departments
- Ability to craft metrics, reports, and dashboards for all revenue team members
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Proficient communication both written and oral
