Job Summary

Key areas of responsibility: Responsible for qualified leads target achievement for allocated geography Establishing lead pipeline using secondary research techniques, open source and commercial databases for Pharma, biotech, Life science accounts Lead generation and conversion using for cold calling, email marketing, social media and other relevant outreach channels Should be diligent about updating contact, lead and opportunity information in internal CRM system / tool Follow up on in-bound organic and inorganic leads from lead generation links on website Scheduling introductory up meetings, follow ups, presentations for key offerings Preparing relevant and engaging material for meetings by tailoring MarComm content to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process Staying abreast of market trends, news and latest updates Understanding Drug Discovery Partnership offerings/modules and use cases within each of the offerings and how these are applied to address business and technical problems To excel in this job, you must have: Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences/ Pharma / Biotech with MBA or MSc from a top business/research school Total 3+ years of experience in Life Science / Pharma Industry in the Presales function Exposure in Life science domain across our offerings like SaaS, Data, Analytics, Life Science Market intelligence, Industry intelligence Experience of client facing role and interaction with global pharmaceutical and Biotech clients, in past roles Demonstrated ability for Lead profiling and lead generation via cold outreach using mediums like Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Zoom, email etc Experience in defining/refining sales messages to ensure appropriate content for pre-sales campaigns Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiates between the company and its competitors Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal relationship building skills Comfortable working across different time zones to connect with target audience
