Knowledge of SaaS, Enterprise service management, IT service management, Customer service management, asset management, IT infra management and automation, DevOps
Nice to have knowledge of security operations and network operation
Understanding of any of the vertical Telco, BFSI, IT/ITes, technology, healthcare and pharma
Added advantage: Previous sales experience of selling any of tools such as BMC, CA, Freshdesk, Symphony Summit, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce etc.
Track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT
Be able to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues.
