Job Description
Role Designation- Associate Consultant

Responsibilities- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience is required in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and production support of applications in Genesys suite of products (Inbound, outbound, Routing, Multimedia & Reporting),Nice to have exposure to AWS /Verint / IVR/ VXML , Location of posting is driven by business requirements
