Education Qualification Graduate & Postgraduate in Human Resources

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities

1. Build connect with employees, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

2. Planning and conducting events & celebrations at office, creating fun @ work and managing the smooth onboarding of new joinees and employees joining us post maternity/long leaves.

3. Nurture a positive work environment.

4. Scheduling employee connect meetings with leadership team and maintaining the records with proper closure from the respective stakeholders with follow ups.

5. Assisting in defining the stakeholder matrix for employees & make sure that 100% of assessments (self, reporting & reviewing managers are timely conducted).

6. Motivate employees to improve on work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

7. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

8. Keeping records and managing the timely confirmation for new hires, promotions and transfers.

9. Effectively assisting in training needs for business units and encouraging the managers for the participation. Follow ups with L&D department & business units to ensure training objectives are timely met.

10. Maintaining the tracker for employee findings and concerns and its closure.

11. Conducting confirmation, confirmation extension & anniversary meetings.

12. Managing, recording & analysing the employee alumni data.

13. Co-ordinating for Reward & Recognition programme & new initiatives taken at organisation level.

14. Effectively drive the timely completion of IJP & KRA allocations for employees.

15. Any adhoc task as required as and when required.
