Job Summary
- Act as a single point of contact (SPoC) and project success ownership
- Client coordination and communication over project solutioning (Technical solutioning along with Delivery/Project manager)
- Project estimation - Delivery Plan and coordination with Delivery/Project Managers
- Commercial negotiation to ensure profitable deal onboarding
- Project tracking and reporting to both client and internal stakeholders
- Project review on regular basis with the delivery team
- Ensure project completion on time
- Delivery milestone and revenue milestone mapping
- Operational reporting and account planning
- Enhancement/change request identification and action
- Work with BDMs (Business Development Managers) and prospecting team for expanding the account size
Experience Required :
Minimum 5 Years
