We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving team and drive the next phase of growth in BreezeERP application. Business Development Lead (ERP Cloud) will be responsible for the build, sign-off and execution of the ERP Go to Market plan to acquire customers for BreezeERP related services/solutions & understanding the Install Base/ users of BreezeERP.
You will identify and work with new customers to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Breeze can deliver value. This role requires working closely with the Sales Leaders, Sales & Marketing Representatives, and other key stakeholders to engage with both IT and Business in ERP customer companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the sales of BreezeERP in India.
- Support strategic customer engagement, Key Account Management
- Articulate ERP propositions in the business context of prospects, customers and partners.
- Drive specific BreezeERP sales programs, coordinate with marketing team and Identify new ways of lead generation
- Leverage existing relationships and references to open up new business opportunities.
- Generate BreezeERP leads/prospects & convert it into an opportunity.
- Good cooperation and relationship working with the prospective clients
- To assemble and keep up a solid pipeline to accomplish and surpass month to month lead targets
- Maintain adequate knowledge & information of all Breeze products and INT. service offerings.
- Be ready to travel as per the Business necessities.
Qualification/Skills:
- 5+ Years of Business Development experience with at least 3 years in ERP Cloud application related Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
- Have gained experience in C-Level solution selling or business improvement
- Have a network organization of CFO/CEO/COO level connections into BreezeERP Accounts.
- Made successful sale of any ERP cloud services/solution/licences.
- Have an enthusiasm for advancement for driving change that can be translated in the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Identifies and influence key local partners (Customer, Partners) to secure Net New Customers and further increase market share through planning and execution of activities.
- Define hooks and messages which are most effective for the sales team.
- Seen as an ERP SaaS pioneer and ERP Expert in the market is a plus
- Work with Sales reps and Managers by Identifying purchasing potential and to Shape the most proper incentive for a target persona or client.
- Strong strategic account planning, reporting and co-ordinating skills, knowing how and when to draw on pre-sales support and other assistance from within the team.
- A clear and demonstrable track record of sales with achievement of at least 3 out of the last 4 years on/exceeding target.
- Native-level fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to work and collaborate productively across sales, marketing, sales support and customer delivery teams, even when under pressure.
- Ambitious, confident, enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude.
